At Ugpi’ganjig Trading Post, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Defective Products: We gladly accept returns on defective products. Please contact us if you receive an item that is damaged or defective so we can assist you.

In-Person Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Online Orders & Shipped Items: Customers requesting an exchange for shipped items are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.
