Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on bead supplies or handmade items.
Due to manual measurement, please allow a few differences, the dimensions are for reference only. Please note that because of the difference in lighting effect, the brightness/contrast settings of the phone/computer display or the colour tone of the website photos may be slightly different from the actual product. AB Resin Gems can vary due to the nature of the AB plating process, which may cause slight variations.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges or refunds on defective products. If you need to chat about these issues, please contact carie@ugpiganjigtradingpost.com and we will gladly figure out the best solution for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Missing or Damaged Items
Please reach out to us and we will gladly help you through the claim process if you have selected a tracked package with insurance.
Shipping Policy
How long will it take to get my beading supplies package?
Orders are shipped using several carriers including Canada Post. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Larger orders over $250 may take longer. Earring orders take 2-5 business days to create, and medallions approximately 7 days. All products will ship within 3 days. (Some exceptions are holidays or large orders). Please plan ahead for custom orders.
Tracked packages/orders are assigned a tracking number from the carrier, which will be emailed to your inbox.
For your peace of mind, Ugpi’ganjig Trading Post has removed any non-tracked shipping. We do offer some accommodations. Please feel free to reach out to carie@ugpiganjigtradingpost.com if you have a small order or single item. Your package will be shipped using tracked shipping of your choice.
We are pleased to announce that all orders over $200 before taxes will receive FREE shipping.
How much is standard shipping?
Shopify calculates all shipping costs automatically at checkout based on weight and location. Tracked mail within Canada and the USA is automatically calculated based on the weight of packages. For remote areas in Canada with expensive shipping rates, we have added a flat box rate anywhere in Canada. This guarantees that your shipping will not exceed $20.00 if selected.
USA orders can take up to 2-6 weeks. Please allow yourself enough time if shipping internationally. We can work with you to facilitate the fastest turnaround possible.
